The recommended wait time depends on how dark you want your tan and your pre tan complexion. Most clients find 2-3 hrs ideal, however the depth of your tan is totally up to you.

Your tan should last about 1-2 weeks, but this of course depends on variables such as the amount of swimming, bathing, and exercise you do after your tan.
